Thanathorn Construction Co., Ltd. was established in 1987 by Pisanu Kerdlappol after earning his civil engineering degree from Chulalongkorn University and gaining several years of experience in the construction field. The company was initially a subcontractor for international contruction firms.
Within several years, the business grew rapidly and eventually became a main contractor providing high standard and reliable construction work. Consequently, the company increased its registered capital to 23.8 million baht and moved its head office to Rama 9 Road in 1993.
In 2000, the company's warehouse was built as a center for supporting facilities with an area of 19 rais in Pathumthani province.
In 2004, the company expanded its line of business to design-build services for factories and warehouses.
In 2008, a new workshop for steel fabrication and metal sheet forming was built with a total area of 3,000 sq. m. to improve the quality assurance and quality control.
In 2009, Faccon Co., Ltd. was established as a subsidiary company of Thanathorn Construction Co.,Ltd. to serve the demand for Ready-Made factory.
